Liturgy of the Word for Children At Home:
Check out the weekly Facebook posts offering a reading of the week's Gospel from the SUNDAY Book of Readings. Each reading also includes simple story-pictures that draw children into the heart of the Gospel. No more and no less. The short weekly video offers parents an opportunity to prayerfully share the Sunday story of Jesus with their children. It aims to draw children into the life of Jesus and how his Spirit can guide us in our lives today. Each video is short enough for parents to use not just on Sunday but at opportune quiet times during the week. Each post also offers suggestions to parents on how they – as children of God themselves -- can participate in their children’s reflections.
