Sunday, Aug. 16: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
(and the weekend of Aug. 29-30)

Ride Tickets: 25 for $20 
Food & Game Tickets: 6 for $5

 

Features

Friday - adults only; no one under 21

• Bingo in the parish hall (Friday only) & basket raffles. Bring your lucky daubers and cash (ATM machine onsite)!
• Live music by the Instigators STL
• Beer garden, food, funnel cakes, wheelbarrow of booze, chuck-a-luck, instant bingo tabs & more!
• No rides or children’s game booths! No children/teen volunteers -- Parents, take a night off from the kids!

Saturday - kids of all ages welcome

• All rides, & children’s booths open!
• All raffles!
• Beer garden, food, funnel cakes, beer garden games
• Live mariachi band & music by DJ Dan for kids’ dance party
• Additional free family fun -- surprises pending -- stay tuned!

 

Rules & Procedures

• All attendees entering the carnival grounds will be checked for weapons and have their bags searched.
• No personal coolers, backpacks, or luggage will be allowed.
• Clutch bags cannot exceed 7.5” v 5”. Bags larger than clutch size must be clear bags. Exceptions will be made for medical items too large to fit inside a clear bag after inspection.
• Diaper bags and medical bags will be allowed after inspection.
• Juveniles under the age of 18 will be required to have an adult chaperone age 25 or older. The ratio will be 4 juveniles to one chaperone with exceptions given to parish families.
• Anyone exiting the carnival will be rescreened upon their return.
• No face coverings or hoods will be allowed.

Bring your donations to the parish hall!

Raffle Baskets

New or gently used items that would be fun for all ages!
Theme items like Cardinals, STL City soccer, art supplies, lottery scratchers, home decorating...think about what you would like to bid on! We can build the basket or you can bring one made!

Teddy Bear Booth

We need your furry friends! New or gently used stuffed animals for children to win! Donate by Sunday, Sept. 6

Bottle Booth

Help fill the bottle booth with: 2-liter bottles of soda, 12 ounce or more of soda or juice, plastic jars of candy (no cans or glass please)
